Snap is a community‑driven Chrome extension that streamlines listing creation and protection for Merch on Demand creators. By installing or using Snap, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Snap does not guarantee listing outcomes, rankings, or approvals. You remain responsible for the content you publish and for any reports you submit.

License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Snap for your own creative workflow. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or sublicense Snap, nor use it to violate platform policies or applicable law.

User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your designs and listing content. Snap does not claim rights to your materials. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, including any text you scan or submit.

Features and Processing

• Client‑side features: Most features run in your browser, including Snap Uploader, Profiles, One‑Click Pricing, Quick Color Selection, Transfer Placement, and Bulk Upload with Text Swap using the #snap token.
• Server‑side Trademark Scan: Listing text you choose to scan is sent to our server solely to check our USPTO database collected legally from the official USPTO source and return risk summaries. Trademark Scan provides informational guidance and is not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing results and publishing decisions.
• Copycat reporting (Snap Hammer): Opens Amazon’s report page with pre‑filled data and a relevant description. You must review and submit manually. Outcomes of reports are determined by Amazon and are outside our control.

Permissions

Snap requests scripting/activeTab/tabs to inject UI on Merch pages; storage/unlimitedStorage to save your preferences; host permissions for Amazon domains and snapapp.tech to enable marketplace tools and Trademark Scan; notifications to show progress updates.

Monetization and Contributions

Snap is free and community driven. We do not sell your data, and there are no ads, affiliate programs, or subscriptions. If Snap helps your workflow, contributions and feedback help us keep building for the community.

For help, email support@snapapp.tech. We provide best‑effort assistance and may update features to address issues.

Changes to Snap and to These Terms

We may update features or these terms to improve Snap or comply with requirements. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Snap after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers

Snap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Snap does not provide legal advice. Trademark results and report outcomes are determined by USPTO, we only highlight the risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, listing removals, takedowns, or platform actions arising from your use of Snap; we only accelerates your workflow and does not enable or support automatic listing publishing. You remain solely responsible for your content, publishing actions, and compliance with Amazon's policies.

Termination

You may stop using Snap at any time. We may suspend or discontinue features where necessary for security, compliance, or platform changes.
